please fix Peklo II track (id 146)

there 2 problems:
the ford bumps the car very strange at the overcast version (i belive at further version it worked fine)

at tracksettings are only overcast ...

RBR do not include any damp/snow or wet/snow physic. So it makes no sense to choose this option.

variable shift times means, the shift times of every car can be different. older cars with H-shift gearbox needs longer to shift than a modern dogbox sequentiell shift gearbox.

please note that NGP can simulate all kind of possible differential combination. means origianal electronic as well as mechanic (set by ramps) in all combination for front middle and rear.
