So-hard RGT Rally Spectator Stages Recce Recce for special stages 1-8 of the So-hard RGT Rally - A 3000 Subscribers Special Rally. - Maximum allowed average speed is 80km/h. - Any driver setting an average speed over 80 km/h on the stage will be given a time penalty of 2 minutes per each starting 5 km/h over the average speed limit of 80 km/h.
